Advantech strengthens its ties with VADnet

Advantech, global leader in enabling a more intelligent planet by supplying hardware and software solutions, and VADnet have a long history. The partnership between the organizations has resulted in the fact that a large proportion of VADnet members are being designated as Focus Channel Partner in wireless communications for Advantech solutions.
Recently both parties have signed an exclusive agreement, consisting of multiple extra elements to serve better the complex IoT projects in which both organization are specialized.

The first step is that individual VADnet members and Advantech together will organize local Solution Days for end customers. The focus will be on wireless data communication in IoT projects. VADnet member Adey Electronics in the UK, meanwhile, has announced the first event for the 19th September in the UK.

Furthermore, a closer cooperation will be set up with the Advantech’s e-online sales team in order to better serve end customers. It is acknowledge that local support for complex IoT projects is extremely importantant. VADnet members are able to offer this and can help Advantech in further growing the promising IoT market. Also here the first results are already announced by VADnet member Bellequip.

John van Nijnatten, President VADnet, is delighted that both companies have come to this agreement. ‘This is exactly where VADnet stands for’, he says. ‘Adding value for both members and vendors, resulting into long term partnerships from which at the long run end users will profit’.
